Contact Centre Clerk – Permanent – 30.5 hours
We currently have a position available for a Contact Centre Clerk to work within our busy Contact Centre Department.
Our Contact Centre is the first point of contact for our customers. It is essential that applicants are enthusiastic, committed and flexible, are customer focused with excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner, with a desire to help others.
An ability to work on own initiative is also a must.
Previous knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills is essential for this role.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming Telemarketing and Customer Service calls aiming to meet the needs of our customers
- Accurate data input on to the computer system
- To provide varied administration support
The suitable candidate will be expected to cover some additional hours from time to time, and must have a flexible approach to this.
