We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager, covering the North of England, to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and responsible for a team of approximately 50 Sales Consultants, you will play a vital role in the implementation and development of company sales objectives, ensuring high quality customer service at all times.

Core Objectives

  • Achievement of Regional Sales Targets and KPIs
  • Field management of a current team of 50+ Home Consultants
  • Promotion of core Company values, principles and ethics
  • Implementation of Company strategies designed to drive sales revenue
  • Proactive motivation of and communication with the Regional Sales Team

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Engage “in-field” with home Consultants to support and coach sales activities
  • Monitor and manage agreed personal and Team KPIs, implementing suitable plans to identify and address any areas of weak performance.
  • Proactively work across departments to aid achievement of core performance/sales objectives
  • Implement Performance Management activities in line with Company performance benchmarks
  • Share and manage Team performance statistics
  • Manage regionalised sales meetings and host local focus group meetings
  • Actively engage with Management colleagues and input ideas and market intelligence
  • Actively promote high quality customer care
  • Promote sales across the complete product portfolio
  • Recruitment – maintaining the optimum territory coverage and Consultant numbers
  • To promote the ongoing use of sales tools and key technology initiatives amongst Consultants

Core Competencies/Experience

  • Successful field sales background
  • 2 years minimum experience in field managing a sales team
  • Professional personal presentation, articulate, effective communicator
  • Self-motivated, target driven
  • Good IT skills – MS Office/Ipad
  • Some technical understanding
  • Some experience of working with the elderly would be desirable
