CREDIT CONTROL/ACCOUNTS ADMIN CLERK – Fulltime Position – 36.75 hours

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our Finance Department with responsibilities for Credit Control and general Finance duties

 Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager and working as part of a small busy team, you will provide a comprehensive, accurate and timely accounting service.

 The primary duties for this role are as follows:

  • Chasing Debt and Payment Collection
  • Keying Payments
  • Payment Allocation
  • Payment/Commission Queries
  • Query Resolution
  • Reconciliations
  • Debt Reporting
  • General Administration

 We are looking for someone with a bright, confident personality, who can demonstrate an enthusiastic, conscientious approach to their work. You must have good organisational skills and an ability to use your own intuition and initiative.

 You must also have competent keyboard skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.

 This role does require you to liaise directly with Customers, Consultants and Technical Designers therefore you must be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, over the telephone, with a confident telephone manner.

 Previous Credit Control experience is a distinct advantage for this role.
