Plumbs are very aware about the importance of marketing and the role that it has in generating new business.

- We have a well-established customer internet presence at www.plumbs.co.uk, www.plumbsreupholstery.co.uk and www.covermyfurniture.com, where customers can browse our products and request a consultant to visit. Around 8% of customers visit out site and that figure is growing fast.
- Every response is captured at our central marketing operation in Preston before being distributed direct to consultants.
- The market for covers is in a period of significant growth. Our volume sales of cotton covers is currently growing by around 20% per year, which with a higher order value, means one thing higher earnings.
- Our main competition is from furniture, that's a market that's worth £1.2 billion.
- We have significant product development plans to enhance and improve our product offering re-upholstery, furniture and bedding to name but a few.
