Providing 5 star service is at the heart of the culture of Plumbs over the last 50 years. So to ensure that we maintain our high standards we are regularly looking for 5 star talent for our customer services department.
Plumbs are very proud of the fact that we have a UK based call centre that is open 7 days a week. There are a variety of roles available in this department, including customer advisor opportunities. Our customer advisors take calls from people interested in our services. In addition to this we have a lead admin team who deal with our sales leads and we also have a Telesales team.
Our Loose Cover and Re-upholstery Service involves a complicated manufacturing procedure and as such there is a great deal of support required to ensure that the customers experience is an outstanding one.
We have a credit control team that looks after the payment of our services and in addition to this we also have customer service coordinators that keep in contact with our customers on a regular basis and deal with any queries that may arise . We also have supervisors and customer services managers who look after the team and ensure that all elements of the service for the customer are upheld.
