Arriving at a Customer’s Home

This is also your first opportunity to take a look at the furniture or window dressings. A big part of the job is ensuring that you make  the customer feel comfortable with you in their home. Don’t forget to offer to take off your shoes!

For loose covers, the consultant’s job often involves the detailed measurement of furniture. This forms a large part of the Plumbs training course as it is critically important part of our made-to-measure service.


Returning to fit Loose Cover Orders


One of the most exciting times of being a Plumbs Sales Consultant is the big reveal when fitting the new Furniture Covers or Curtains. You will dress the new covers or curtains and explain to the customer how to refit the product when it is washed.
