About Plumbs Home Consultants

Come and work with Plumbs. We are a great company with very low staff turnover and full order books. Plumbs are a traditional family firm and there are lots of opportunities for training and progression.

• All consultant positions are self-employed, giving each consultant the freedom to operate their own individual business area.
• Working hours are varied and may involved both evening and weekend work, depending on customer requirements.
• No capital investment is required, although consultants must possess a car, a personal computer and a mobile phone.
• All leads are provided free of charge from out extensive ongoing marketing campaign.
• Many consultants earn in excess of £50,000 per year, with our very top earners earning more than £100,000.
• Over 30% of consultants have in excess of 10 years service.
• Income is derived from a mix of generous commission on all products sold as well as regular bonus schemes and incentives.
• Comprehensive initial training is provided free of charge and is supported by a dedicated ongoing field based program.
• Our consultants have come to us from all walks of life, so relevant experience is less important to us than attitude, outlook and willingness to learn.
• We need people with lively, outgoing personalities who are at ease with dealing with customers in their own homes and who are confident in their own ability to provide exceptional customer service.
