We know that every company must invest in future generations, and as part of our award-winning apprenticeship scheme, you could learn valued and traditional soft furnishing crafts. You will learn through a mixture of practical training with experienced professionals, and NVQ training with North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) – resulting in a full apprenticeship qualification (part of the National Apprenticeship Scheme).

With apprenticeships available in various departments, this highly satisfactory job will see you take customer furniture from old to new, whilst receiving advice and assistance from our qualified experts – many of whom have been in the job their whole working life.
